Rosetta Barlow: I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah. I enjoy doing things for others and it always brightens my day when I've succeeded in bringing a smile to someones face. I am constantly finding things to do with my hands, whether it be playing the piano, decorating, taking pictures, cleaning the house, designing and planning for anything and of course, floral arranging.
